Blacks Power strengthened their lead at the top of the FUFA Big League table after a hard fought 1-0 win over Kigezi HomeBoyz.
Emmanuel Janan Okech scored the only goal, heading home at Ebenezer University ground in Lira.
It was billed as a First Vs Second clash, but leaders Blacks Power benefited from home advantage to collect all maximum points.
It’s back to back wins for Michael Lukyamuzi’s side who beat Bright Stars 3-1 before the league took a break.
And the victory maintains their lead atop with 28 points, four above Ntugasaze who leapfrogged Kigezi Homeboyz in second place.
Next up for Blacks Power is an away fixture against bottom side Mbale Heroes on January 8.
