BUL FC have completed the signing of George Masembe and Faizo Matovu from fellow Uganda Premier League side URA FC, Swift Sports understands.
Both Masembe and Matovu have signed employment contracts of two years each with the Jinja based side.
The duo reunites with Alex Isabirye who was their coach during his time with the Tax Collectors.
Matovu joined URA at the start of the 2024/25 season from Lugazi FC while Masembe was acquired from regional league side UWA FC having been impressive with Bulemeezi Saaza in Masaza Cup.
Matovu is a versatile defender who can ably play as a left back but also as a center back while Masembe is a midfielder who can equally play multiple roles in midfield.
The duo joins a list of new players at BUL FC who include Cyrus Kibande, Edward Satulo, Frank Katongole, Umar Lutalo, Derrick Byabachwezi among others.
