Namuwongo Blazers will be targeting a sixth straight victory on Wednesday when they face Rezlife Saints in the National Basketball League at Abja Park in Naalya.
The Blazers recovered from an opening loss to City Oilers and have since registered five consecutive wins over UCU, UMU Flames, Victoria Crocs, KCCA Panthers and the JKL Dolphins.
Against the Dolphins, the Blazers eased into a 68-49 win in a game they led 18-07 after the opening quarter.
Peter Obleng scored a game high 17 points while Innocent Ochera and Arthur Wanyoto added 11 points.
The Blazers are yet to have guard Tonny Drilleba in action as he continues to nurse an injury.
Rezlife Saints, meanwhile, will be looking to bounce back after suffering their first defeat of the season last week against Sommet.
The Saints had opened the season with five straight wins before falling 73-83 to Sommet last week.
Rezlife entered the last quarter tied 62-62, only to be outlasted 21-11 in the fourth quarter for their first defeat.
Edrine Ekau scored 24 points while Michael Otieno and Hon Kwany scored 16 and 14 points respectively in defeat.
Last season, Namuwongo Blazers swept past Rezlife Saints in the quarterfinals playoffs during their title-winning campaign.
